9 year old Clinton who was arrested and detained by the B Divisional Police officers in Asaba, Delta State capital, over an offence committed by his mother, has been released. Clinton's mother was declared wanted after she got into a  fight with a neighbor yesterday, who called the police. The mother ran away, and the police felt it was right to arrest Clinton and detain him over night. A tomboy with relationship troubles was injured after she jumped off the third floor of a building in Phuket Town, Thailand on Friday morning, May 5th. “Today's incident took place at Sarita Mansion in the Poonpon area at about 11am. Modu Mustapha, a driver who alleged supplies fuel and food items for Boko Haram insurgents has been arrested by Police Command in Borno. Soldiers in Lagos today shot dead a militant leader identified as OC and other members of his gang during a raid at their hideout in Ijapa area near Ondo state. Commissioner for Police in Lagos state, Fatai Owoseni, disclosed this in an interview with newsmen. According to Owoseni, the miitary officers carried out the raid at abut 3am today. "Around 3am today, a squad of soldiers posted to dislodge the militants that have been wrecking havoc in some parts of Lagos. engaged the criminals in a shootout at Ijapa during which the suspected leader of the gang known as OC was killed. According to a NAN source, Lamido was arrested for allegedly inciting his supporters to stop the conduct of state’s upcoming local council polls. His arrest is reportedly linked to a programme aired on one of the Kano local radio stations.
